Our Vision and Values
Our Vision
To be Asia’s leading global education innovator, transforming English education through academic rigor, research-driven curriculum, and advanced edtech solutions.

Our Core Values

Committed to Gifted Learners
We are dedicated to serving gifted and high-achieving students, many with near-native English proficiency and diverse international learning experiences.

Our American curriculum aligns with NAC, CCSS, and CEFR standards. With 65% of our headquarters team dedicated to R&D, we continuously strengthen our excellence.

Reading is the foundation of our academic program. Students learn through a rich library, McGraw-Hill–developed textbooks, and the Accelerated Reader (AR) program.

Global Mindset
We operate 66 campuses in Korea and 12 overseas in Vietnam and Indonesia. We are dedicated to nurturing global leaders capable of crossing cultural barriers.
School Culture at Poly
At Poly, we cultivate a learning environment where curiosity thrives, and intellectual rigor is the norm.
Poly’s English-Only Policy (EOP) immerses students and staff in English all day, fostering a genuinely global learning environment.

"I think the strength of Poly classes is that everything is made to get the students involved in class.
- Jeremy Culuek

"The speaking level for a Poly student is so much higher than I expected, I forget that I’m in Korea sometimes."
- Selena Yu |
Our students read an average of 389 books per year—five times more than their peers.
We encourage our elementary students to read 5 books a day because we believe great learning begins with reading. Our graduates consistently dominate in academics, with many gaining admission to Ivy League universities.
One of the highlights for many of our teachers is seeing students step into the spotlight.
Each year, the Poly Speech Contest gathers students from all Poly campuses for the chance for students to shine.
|
What distinguishes Poly is our streamlined communication and leadership: all Korean members are bilingual, which ensures seamless support, guidance, and collaboration.

Our Curriculum and Programs
At Poly, reading is the cornerstone of our curriculum. Every Poly campus features a vibrant library that fosters a strong culture of reading.
Teachers are supported with top-tier textbooks and lesson plans, while still enjoying autonomy in leading lessons. You’ll work alongside colleagues predominantly from the U.S. and Canada, as well as bilingual Korean administrative staff in an intellectually stimulating, fast-paced environment.
