  Bachelor’s degree (Early Childhood Education or related field preferred)
  2+ years teaching experience with children strongly preferred
  TESOL certification is a plus
  Must be eligible for Chinese Z visa
   
Student Details Age group: 1.5–6 years old
  Class size: 15–24 students
Working Schedule Monday–Friday
  8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM
   
Time Off 2 days off per week (weekends)
  11 public holidays per year
  Summer & winter vacations
   
Teaching Duties Classroom teaching and lesson preparation
  Create weekly/monthly plans and daily summaries
  Complete weekly and monthly reports
  Classroom/environment decoration
Additional Duties Follow tasks assigned by teaching manager/principal
  Attend trainings, meetings, and company activities
  Organize and participate in student activities
  Conduct parent meetings and maintain relationships
  Support students’ development and wellbeing
  Assist other teachers and classes when needed

Working Schedule Monday–Friday
  8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Time Off 2 days off per week (weekends)
  Winter & summer vacation (approx. 2 months total)
Teaching Schedule ~40 classes per week
  25 minutes per class
   
Teaching Duties Deliver English lessons and manage classroom activities
  Prepare lessons and complete related teaching work
Additional Duties Follow assignments from principal
  Organize English subject teaching and research
  Conduct training and provide guidance to foreign teachers
  Maintain relationships with students and parents
  Continuously improve and develop teaching methods
   
Salary Base salary + teaching salary + housing allowance
