Teaching Structure 2 classes per day (1 morning, 1 afternoon)

Teaching Duties Deliver engaging English lessons in a bilingual environment
  Support students throughout the day (class accompaniment)
Additional Duties Participate in morning reading session (8:00–8:30 AM, rotating monthly responsibility)

Working Schedule Monday–Friday

Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above (Early Childhood/Preschool Education preferred)
  Minimum 1 year experience as a homeroom teacher
  Kindergarten teaching qualification certificate required
  Strong understanding of child development and psychology
  Passion for education; proactive, responsible, and enthusiastic
  Patient, caring, and able to build rapport with children
  Strong communication skills with parents
   
Teaching Duties Plan and deliver daily educational activities
  Develop and implement class teaching plans
  Organize and manage classroom learning environment
Childcare Duties Supervise daily routines including nap time
  Assist with diapers and feeding (e.g. milk preparation)
Class Management Manage classroom materials, toys, and resources
  Work collaboratively with teachers and healthcare staff
   
Parent Communication Maintain regular communication with parents
  Provide feedback and align on child development strategies
Administrative Duties Complete teaching plans and required documentation
