1. Roles and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

• Teaching subject-based classes including Phonics, Reading, PBL, Writing, and Circle Time.
• Following lesson plans and instructional materials to deliver engaging and structured lessons.
• Providing individualized and small-group instruction to meet students' diverse learning needs.
• Managing a professional and well-organized classroom that fosters learning and development.
• Actively engaging students in interactive and experiential learning.
• Planning and implementing appropriate instructional strategies, activities, and materials.
• Recognizing and addressing the needs of individual students as well as the entire class.
• Offering flexibility and support when needed.
• Utilizing technology to enhance the learning experience.
• Participating in professional development activities aligned with the curriculum and student needs.

2. Candidate Qualifications:

All candidates must:

• Be eligible for an E-2 visa or have an F-visa.
• Have all necessary documents, including an apostilled CBC and diploma, ready for visa processing.
• Pass a medical health check 

3. Working Conditions

• Teaching Age: Kindergarten & Elementary

• Work Hours: Tuesday - Friday, 10:30 A.M. - 7:00 P.M. / Saturday 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. (Work hours may be slightly adjusted if needed)
• Lunch Hour: 55 minutes
• Teaching Staff: 3 Native English Teachers, 4 Korean Teachers, plus additional staff, P.E. teachers, and Art teachers.
