ESL Teacher Wanted at WeGrow Kinder in Jeju-do / Mar. 2025

1. Roles and Responsibilities You will be responsible for the following: Teaching subject-based classes including Phonics, Reading, PBL, Writing, and Circle Time. Following lesson plans and instructional materials to deliver engaging and structured lessons. Providing individualized and small-group instruction to meet students' diverse learning needs. Managing a professional and well-organized classroom that fosters learning and development. Actively engaging students in interactive and experiential learning. Planning and implementing appropriate instructional strategies, activities, and materials. Recognizing and addressing the needs of individual students as well as the entire class. Offering flexibility and support when needed. Utilizing technology to enhance the learning experience. Participating in professional development activities aligned with the curriculum and student needs. 2. Candidate Qualifications: All candidates must: • Be eligible for an E-2 visa or have an F-visa. • Have all necessary documents, including an apostilled CBC and diploma, ready for visa processing. • Pass a medical health check 3. Working Conditions • Teaching Age: Kindergarten & Elementary • Work Hours: Tuesday - Friday, 10:30 A.M. - 7:00 P.M. / Saturday 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. (Work hours may be slightly adjusted if needed) • Lunch Hour: 55 minutes • Teaching Staff: 3 Native English Teachers, 4 Korean Teachers, plus additional staff, P.E. teachers, and Art teachers.
