1. Role and Responsibilities
 

As an recruiter, you’ll be responsible for contacting candidates regarding teaching positions and connecting them with schools.  This position is especially recommended for candidates who are interested in learning more about the recruiting and headhunting industry and want to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
 

• Conduct consultations with native English teacher candidates (interviews, job consultations, etc.)
• Write job descriptions and advertise teaching positions
• Maintain open communication and follow up with both candidates and employers
• Assist with visa documentation
• Manage a network of English teachers
• Perform other general office duties as required

2. Candidate Qualifications
 

• Great writing, proofreading, and grammar skills

• Must currently be in Korea

• Has a good work ethic and a general understanding of Korean company culture

• Previous experience with hiring and onboarding preferred

• General understanding of the Korean education system

• Clear organizational and communication skills

3. Working Conditions

• Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M.

• Lunch Hours: 1:00 P.M. - 2:00 P.M.
