Job Description
1. Roles and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:
• Teach phonics, pronunciation, and basic reading and writing skills
• Sing, dance, roleplay, and create art with students
• Make stories come alive through storybook reading time
• Follow a textbook and syllabus for easy lesson prep
• Add your own activities to help students learn better
• Meet learning goals and track student improvement
2. Candidate Qualifications
• Native English Speaker
• Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Holds or is eligible for the E-2 visa with USA, CAN, UK, AUS, NZ, IRE, or SA citizenship
• F-visa holders
• Apostilled Diploma and Criminal Background Check
• Have a clean self-medical health check
• Teaching experience preferred
3. Working Conditions
• Working Hours: Mon - Thur 8:30 A.M. - 6:00 P.M., Friday 8:30 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.
• Teaching Hours: 30 Hours a week
• Teaching Staff: 12 native English Teachers & 25 Korean teachers
Salary
From 2.4 Million KRW and up(Negotiable Upon Experience)
Benefits
• Insured with the 4 National Insurances.
• Severance: upon completion of a one-year contract, severance pay which is equal to one month’s salary is paid to the teacher.
• Vacation: 11 - 12 days plus National Korean Holidays
• Airfare: One-way flight ticket reimbursed for those coming from overseas
