1. Role and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following: 

• Deliver English instruction focused on phonics, pronunciation, and foundational reading and writing skills
• Guide students through hands-on, experiential activities such as songs, movement, role play, and creative art
• Follow Haemon English’s structured Montessori-inspired curriculum while adapting lessons to student needs
• Design and incorporate supplementary activities that support individualized learning and engagement
• Set learning objectives and observe, document, and track student progress
• Foster an engaging, calm, and respectful classroom environment that encourages student independence
• Attend required meetings, training sessions, workshops, and school events
• Actively engage students while being attentive to both individual learning needs and group dynamics

2. Candidate Qualifications

All candidates must;

• Native English Speaker
• Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution 
• Holds or is eligible for the E-2 visa with USA, CAN, UK, AUS, NZ, IRE, or SA citizenship
• F-visa holders
• Apostilled Diploma and Criminal Background Check
• Must be physically and mentally healthy.

3. Working Conditions

• Student Type: Kindergarten & Elementary

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 A.M. - 5:30 P.M.

• Teaching Style: Co-teaching with a bilingual teacher 

• Curriculum and lesson plan provided 

• Teacher training provided 

• Current Teaching Staff: 5 Native English Teachers
 

4. Hiring Process

• As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to deliver a mock lesson. They should prepare the lesson in advance and present it during the interview. The primary focus of the mock lesson will be the overall classroom atmosphere and, in particular, how the candidate interacts with children.

Topic: Candidates may choose any topic or storybook they feel is appropriate.
Age group: 7-year-old who completed Phonics (basic reading level)
Presentation time: 5-10 minutes
