Main Responsibilities

• Teach English to kindergarten and elementary students

• Plan lessons and manage students’ learning progress

• Communicate and consult with parents

• Organize student-related events and programs connected to classes

Qualifications

• 3–15 years of experience

• College graduate (2- or 3-year degree minimum)

• Native-level English proficiency

• Passion for early childhood education

• Positive and kind personality

• Strong teamwork and cooperation skills

• Preference given to those with teaching-related certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education

• Understanding of various cultures

• Ability to develop creative teaching methods

• Basic communication skills in Korean

• TESOL certification or education-related major preferred but not necessary
