Job Description
We are now hiring passionate and qualified teachers who demonstrate strong reading comprehension, critical thinking, and leadership skills for the 2026 Spring term across our 60+ campuses nationwide.
For over 25 years, Poly has set the standard for advanced English education in Korea, combining academic rigor with a passion for lifelong learning. We specialize in nurturing high-achieving and gifted students into global leaders under our guiding motto: “Learn Today, Lead Tomorrow.”
We operate with an English‑Only Policy (EOP), using North American textbooks and curriculum (aligned with Common Core State Standards) supplemented with CEFR standards.
Most Poly campuses employ a robust team of native English-speaking teachers, and English serves as the primary language of communication across the school, including among the administrative staff. See more >

• Utilize Poly’s provided materials, lesson plans, and curricular resources, incorporating elements of Poly’s AI/smart‑learning systems (where applicable) to personalize and enrich instruction.
• Provide feedback, grade homework, quizzes, tests; report on student progress; participate in special events.
