Your Role & Responsibilities:

✅ Deliver engaging, student-centered lessons that inspire and challenge young learners.
✅ Adapt teaching methods to support diverse learning needs and ensure every student thrives.
✅ Foster a warm, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment.
✅ Monitor student progress through assessments and provide meaningful feedback to students and parents.
✅ Organize and participate in five seasonal special event days per year.
✅ Support and manage after-school activities and special activity classes.

Who We’re Looking For
We seek enthusiastic and dedicated educators who:
✔️ Have teaching experience or a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
✔️ Hold a BA or BS from an English-speaking university, with a major in English or a similar subject.
✔️ Possess a clean criminal record in Korea and their home country.
✔️ Hold citizenship or permanent residency in a native English-speaking country (Korean citizens must speak English at a native level).
✔️ Are passionate about student success, equity, and inclusion in education.
