This full-time role supports young learners in developing strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional skills through project-based and student-centered learning. Key Responsibilities: Instruction & Classroom Leadership Teach all core subjects (English, Math, Science, Social Studies) to elementary students. Design and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with curriculum standards. Differentiate instruction to support a variety of learners, including English Language Learners (ELLs). Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture rooted in kindness, curiosity, and mutual respect. Integrate Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) into daily routines and classroom instruction.
