Major Roles and Responsibility:

• Curriculums Building for extra classes:  The R&D Team is responsible for making Writing (Narrative Passage, Paragraph to Essay (Informative, Argumentative, Persuasive)  / Speaking (Public Speech to Debate)  materials for the POLY 7 years old to Elementary 4th graders.

 

• Making a Workbook:  The R&D Team must make a workbook for every Writing & Speaking class.

 

•  Pilot Classes:  The R&D Team should run the pilot class for every Writing & Speaking class.  The R&D Team WILL NOT Teach any of POLY’s Regular courses.

 

• Teachers Training:  The R&D Team should train teachers how to teach Writing & Speaking Curriculums. (Methodology training)

 

• Making a New Writing Admission Test and Interview questions with rubrics for DAECHI Campus

 

***The materials MUST BE MADE to SUIT the DAECHI Area, which means all workbooks and study materials must be in the highest standard and exceed the needs of the DAECHI Area.

 

 

Work Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm

 

Workplace: POLY Daechi Campus

 

Work Starts: ASAP.  (Negotiable)

 

Salary:  minimum 2.6mil. WON - negotiable depending on experience and skills/training/education in R&D/Content Development (up to 4mil.)

POLY is looking for fun, passionate and children-loving teachers for our DAECHI Campus and a NEW MOST ACADEMICALLY ADVANCED LEADERSHIP Brand.

 

1. Roles and Responsibilities 

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons
• Prepare teaching materials ahead of time
• Grade regular homework assignments
• Prepare and create tests and examinations
• Track and report students’ performance date and give feedback
• Teach kindergarten students ages 5-7 speaking, stories, arts and crafts, phonics, reading, and writing
• Teach elementary students grades 1-6 through speaking and writing, reading, grammar, and book discussion classes

 

2. Candidate Qualifications:

• MUST be a citizen of the U.S or Canada
• MUST have a 4-year Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• MUST have their diploma apostilled and their nationwide criminal background check READY TO GO
• Teaching experience, education major preferred

 

3. Working Conditions

Hours: MWF 9:00~19:00  

TTH : 9:00~6:30

(1 hour Break)

Age Level: Kinder ~ Elementary

 

4. Salary and Benefits

Pay: Starting 2.4 – negotiable depending on the experience
