About the Position We are a well-established English academy in Daechi-dong area with over 11 years of history. Our focus is on developmentally appropriate education for elementary students, building strong academic skills and fostering confident, independent learners. We are seeking passionate teachers who are committed to student growth and professional excellence. Candidate Profile: Are passionate about working with elementary school students Are responsible, organized, and proactive Are open to training and continuous professional development Preferred) Have a background in Education, Child Development, English, or related field Qualifications Required: Bachelor`s degree (B.A. or higher) Ability to teach all levels from 1st through 6th grade Valid F-series visa or Korean citizenship Bilingual: Native-level English; conversational Korean Strong classroom management and teaching skills Passion for education and working with children A positive attitude responsibility Strongly Preferred: Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience in South Korea Degree in Education, Child Development, or Linguistics Teaching certification (state-certified) TESOL or TEFL certification Job Details Working Hours: Monday & Friday: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM Tuesday & Thursday: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Wednesday: 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM Two Saturdays a month: 12:00 PM - 3:30 PM (non-teaching duties; included in salary) Starting Date: ASAP Salary: Salary negotiable after interview, based on qualifications and experience Paid training and on-boarding support Benefits: Summer Break + Winter Break 5+ paid vacation days (dates negotiated with the academy) Major national holidays off Severance pay upon completion of a one-year contract Health insurance and pension contributions available Additional Info: During summer/winter intensive sessions, teachers may be offered additional classes for extra pay Application Process To Apply, Please Submit: Resume (recent photo, address, phone number, DOB, visa status) CV including a brief self-introduction Required Documents at Employment: ARC card (Alien Registration Card) Apostilled diploma (B.A. or higher) Apostilled criminal background check (issued within the past 6 months for F-visa holders) Recent health check records Additional Notes After an in-person interview, selected candidates may be asked to conduct a 10-15 minute mock lesson.
