The Worwick Franklin Wirye has a clear focus on delivering high-quality education for kindergarten and elementary students. The programs are specifically designed to cultivate strong English language skills through activities such as phonics practice, presentations, and speech skills. Our play-based curriculum encompasses library time and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) projects. Moreover, our special camps during summer and winter place a strong emphasis on honing English skills. Additionally, students can benefit from extracurricular classes in musical drama, arts, and crafts. With limited class sizes for individualized attention and a dedicated bilingual Korean co-teacher in each class, we ensure a top-notch learning experience. Responsibilities Overview • Meet the necessary needs of building English communication and presentation skills for each student • Teach basic English communication skills through various activities such as STEAM • Grade student assignments and give feedback. • Meet learning goals and track student improvement through periodic student assessments. • Attend staff meetings as well as participate in training workshops. Requirements • Native English Speaker from USA, CAN, UK, AUS, NZ, IRE, or SA • Koreans with English fluency or experience of living abroad in the countries listed above (May differ based on each branch) • Eligible for E-2 Visa • F-visa holders • Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
