Our campus reflects the spirit of “Worldwide Children in Korea”—supporting students as they build confidence and grow into future global leaders. We focus on each child’s individual learning journey, placing them in classes that match their strengths in speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Learning here goes beyond English. Through a blend of subjects—Korean, science, math, social studies, and the arts—students engage in hands-on projects, outdoor activities, and creative exploration. We value not only academic growth, but also character—encouraging habits, independence, and respect in every learner.
As part of the Worwick Franklin Institute, our curriculum is based on American education standards of private schools and aligned with the International Reading Association (IRA) and the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).

Our Curriculum and Programs
Our curriculum offers a well-rounded education that fosters both academic and personal growth, with a focus on early childhood development.

The goal of our Kindergarten program is to foster holistic development of young learners through English.
Exploring (5-6Y): Spark interest in English, focusing on phonics, reading, writing, listening, speaking, and vocabulary skills.
- Read books with the help of teachers, write simple words and sentences, practice brain-storming, and learn basic speech, as well as learn 900 words in English through play and practice.
Launching (6-7Y): Help students think in English by emphasizing reading fluency.
- Gain confidence through independent reading practice writing with teacher support, express feelings using past, present, and future tenses, and learn 1,550 words in total.
Merging (7Y): Encourage students to acquire English naturally, focusing on practice.
- Develop the ability to discern fiction/nonfiction, practice analytic reading, summarize content, and build self-learning skills; engage in Picture Journals and Book Report Writing to foster creative writing; enhance presentation and persuasive speaking skills, and learn 2,000 words in total.
Textbooks & Resources: We utilize books from U.S. publishers (Scott Foresman Reading Street, Thinking Tree, etc.), as well as in-house workbooks developed by our R&D team. Also, we use Scholastic's online Literacy Pro program, which offers 2,700+ digital books and quizzes.
| Teaching Structure |
Native teachers lead English classes (phonics, art, P.E., music, etc.) with the support of a bilingual Korean teacher. Korean teachers provide support to correct pronunciation, teach Korean language/literature classes (separate classroom), and help with classroom management. An additional Korean care teacher will monitor the students.

Teachers follow a set curriculum and prepare teaching material according to the curriculum and teaching methods that have been established by the school.

Our Elementary program offers two distinct tracks to develop students' international mindset, communication, and learning skills through project-based learning and integrated literacy.
Start-up Program: Designed for beginners, this track focuses on phonics, basic English communication, and foundational skills. Students will practice writing, conversation, and vocabulary through interactive activities like role-play and games.
- Subjects: Phonics (Native teacher), Basic writing/speaking, Sentence writing, role-play (Korean teacher)
ELITE Program: Aimed at advanced students preparing to attend international middle schools or study abroad, this track develops high-level English communication skills and prepares students for advanced academic challenges.
- Subjects: Franklin Reading Club, Intensive Speaking, US curriculum (Franklin Notebook, Vocabulary Master, Grammar & Writing)
Speech, Debate & Literacy Training
- Students receive speech/debate training participating in events, such as speech contests.
- Students also participate in writing workshops and reading clubs.

Our Facilities
Our facilities include open, spacious classrooms designed to enhance learning, along with our libraries, which offer a curated selection of Scholastic books to develop reading and storytelling skills. Our playground and immersion classrooms, such as the cooking room, gym, art room, and science lab, provide interactive spaces for hands-on learning.

Hiring Period & Procedure
Throughout the year, our campuses offer positions to new and experienced teachers. Please review the visa application process and estimated processing times in Korea during your application process.
The directors of each of our campuses conduct English interviews with select candidates after reviewing their applications. Following the interview, successful teachers will be contacted and given a contract. Additionally, they will have to conduct a medical and criminal background check prior to their first day of work.
