SPPS: International School Teachers (Seoul, High & Middle school teacher)

We, St. Paul Preparatory Seoul, are seeking teachers who will teach our Middle & High school students. Middle School (Grade 6 - 8) 1) English and/or PE (Physical Education) 2) Middle School Science 3) Pre-Algebra 2. High School (Grade 9 - 12) 1) Social Studies (AP Politics / US History / Government) 2) Science: AP Environmental Science and/or Chemistry 3) AP Calculus 4) High School Level English (to recruit if highly qualified) Qualifications ㆍBachelor`s degree or above ㆍKorean National or F-visa holder ㆍFluent in English, Native level ㆍStrong communication skills ㆍNo criminal background history in both Korea and homeland Preferred ㆍMaster`s degree in education and related discipline ㆍMore than 3 years of classroom teaching experience at school setting ㆍTeacher certification/license (from the US, Canada, and/or South Korea) Key Responsibilities -Have expert knowledge of the subject area -Plan, prepare and conduct the assigned courses and lectures at the scheduled times. -Record, evaluate and communicate students’ performances in an objective, fair and timely manner -Comply with policies, standards, rules, regulations and procedures of the institution. -Model honesty, good social skills, civic responsibility, fairness and ethical conduct -Work collaboratively with other professionals and staff Process ㆍResume review > Interview & Demo lesson > Meeting with our faculty (if needed) > Contract meeting (if accepted) > Final Decision
