English as a Second Language is a course focused on developing students’ English proficiency levels in all four domains of language (reading, writing, speaking,
and listening). The course is also designed to support students in their other general education classes through development of critical thinking skills,
academic vocabulary, writing skills, and group work. Our curriculum provide students a variety of activities to achieve this goal.

Our School

Our school is located in Gangnam Daechi-dong, Korea. In Korea, Daechi-dong is called the ‘Mecca of private education’.
It is due in part to the high concentrations of hagwons in the area.
The real estate prices in Daechi-dong are very high compared to that of other upscale neighborhoods in Gangnam.
It is also the place that sends the most students by percentage to Korea’s so-called “SKY” universities: Seoul National University, Korea University, and Yonsei University.

Salary & Benefits

Our salaries and benefits are competitive enough for organizations that run businesses like ours. We offer a variety of opportunities for teachers to become part of our family and develop within the organization. We provide a combination of benefits such as salary, housing, and air tickets, and four major insurances, depending on the role and experience of the teacher. Details of each role-specific package are provided to candidates invited to interview.

Who we are looking for

Saint Paul Daechi welcomes you to become a member of our outstanding faculty. We are seeking experienced, highly qualified, and certified faculty and administrative staff who are not only capable but who also have a passion and value a genuine English education.
