We are seeking qualified and passionate educators to join our Elementary Regular Program at our flagship Bundang Campus. Designed to build a strong academic foundation for young learners, our curriculum focuses on developing high-level language proficiency, critical thinking, and academic confidence. Job Overview & Working Conditions Program Level: Elementary Grade 3 – Grade 6 (Regular Program) Start Date: Open / Flexible (Year-round hiring) Schedule & Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Up to 7 teaching hours with a 30-minute break) Requirements: Candidate's academic background and university pedigree (alma mater) are heavily considered during the selection process. Application Process: Applications are reviewed by section SNT Edu is a leader in elite primary and secondary English education, offering unique opportunities for educators to teach top-tier academic curricula: Debate Coaching Section: As the official license holder in association with HCDU, we organize domestic online/offline debate competitions and mentor delegation teams. Debate Expertise Required: Candidates must have a proven background as a competitive debate champion OR extensive experience in academic debate coaching (e.g., Parliamentary Debate, World Schools, Asian Parliamentary format). Ability to mentor high-level students for national and international debate competitions (including HCDU-associated forums). Strong capacity to deliver structured feedback on argument framing, rebuttal strategies, and public speaking. John Locke Essay & Scholarship Preparation Section: We guide students through guided book readings, proprietary essay-writing materials, detailed editing/feedback, and host internal writing competitions. Guided Reading & Proprietary Materials: Students analyze required books and master academic writing using our in-house developed curriculum. 1:1 Feedback & Editing: We offer comprehensive editing and proofreading to refine essay submissions. Internal Essay Competitions: We host specialized essay contests to build student confidence and competition experience. AP Courses Section: Preparatory courses tailored for advanced academic pathways. We offer specialized AP intensive courses to give students a competitive head start on advanced high school and AP curricula. Ability to teach major AP subjects across both Humanities (Arts/Social Sciences) and STEM (Sciences/Math). D-SAT Instruction: Proven capability to teach Digital SAT (D-SAT) reading, writing, and test prep strategies. AP Subject Mastery: Ability to teach major AP subjects across both Humanities (Arts/Social Sciences) and STEM (Sciences/Math). Digital & Remote Teaching: Experienced in conducting high-quality online Zoom instruction using official AP textbooks and interactive digital course materials. Teacher Support & Benefits Complete Teaching Support: Full lesson plans, teaching materials, and comprehensive training are provided by the Head Teacher. No Parent Consultations: Teachers are NOT required to handle parent-teacher counseling, allowing you to focus entirely on instruction.
