1. Role and Responsibilities As a kindergarten teacher at SDA Kinderest, you will teach kindergarten students a variety of topics in English. We focus on young learners because early childhood is the most critical period in a child’s life to develop their learning and thinking skills as well as build their emotional and social intelligence. All children deserve the opportunity to develop their potential for a successful future. You will be responsible for the following: • Teach basic to advanced English reading, writing, speaking, and listening • Teach kindergarten students monthly themes • Follow a set curriculum to teach children • Grade homework and give feedback • Provide progress reports for parents • Includes Lunch Care duty / Negotiable Additional Duties: Bus duty (on a rotating schedule) Lunch Care duty Note: Class schedules may vary depending on the branc 2. Candidate Qualifications All candidates must; • Native English Speaker • Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution • Holds or is eligible for the E-2 visa with USA, CAN, UK, AUS, NZ, IRE, or SA citizenship • F-visa holders • Apostilled Diploma and Criminal Background Check • Must be physically and mentally healthy. 3. Working Conditions • Student Type: Kindergarten • Curriculum: Curriculum and lesson plans provided. • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. • Teaching Hours: 30 hours per week • Prep Time: 10 hours per week • Lunch Hour: 12:00 P.M.-1:00 P.M., Teachers will get compensated for eating with students • Teacher Training: Provided • Class Format: Solo Teaching

1. Responsibilities Overview • Teach kindergarten students speaking, reading, writing, and listening through chants, songs, pictures, and fantasy books • Follow SDA’s curriculum to help students learn English through kinetic learning • Guide students through contemporary reading and journal writing • Prepare teaching materials ahead of time • Grade regular homework assignments • Track and report students’ performance date and give feedback 2.
