MPoly’s GRAD curriculum offers a rigorous English education for grades 4–9, based on the American CCSS framework. Our curriculum integrates advanced fiction and nonfiction reading, writing, and vocabulary, with intensive debate and public speaking to cultivate academic excellence and leadership skills. Each program consists of three levels designed to cater to students with varying degrees of English proficiency and performance.

Teaching Structure  Native teachers are expected to deliver lessons, assess student progress, and encourage student engagement on their own.
Lesson Planning Teachers follow a set curriculum with pre-made lesson plans. Teachers are given lesson plans a week prior and are expected to prepare for classes

MAG1 to MAG4 (G1-4): Customized English programs for high-achieving students, focusing on essay writing, public speaking, debate, and expanding vocabulary through advanced reading.

 

Teaching Structure  Native teachers are expected to deliver lessons, assess student progress, and encourage student engagement on their own.

    • Attend bi-annual teacher workshops
    • Supervise students during mealtimes (lunch, snack time)
    • Assist students with bathroom breaks (kindergarten, if needed)
    • Conduct parent-teacher conferences (twice in a year)
    • Participate in field trips and school events
    • Bus loading and send-off

Teacher Training & Workshops

 

  • Teachers begin with one day of curriculum training, followed by two days of observation at the campus to meet staff and apply what they've learned.
  • After arriving at the campus, teachers go through an orientation to understand their responsibilities and receive feedback from experienced teachers.
  • We hold biannual workshops and training sessions to empower teachers to enhance their teaching methods and abilities.
