Welcome to Red Wagon!
At Red Wagon, our mission is to foster future global leaders in our community. We hope to achieve that by nuturing our young sutdents and providing them with a healthy and fun learning environment. We also encourage students to foster creative thinking, emotional development and help them balance their development.
Curriculum/Programs
Our Kindergarten program is a full lanugage immersion programs that seeks to develop language skills in our young students. All of our classes have both a native English teacher and a Korean teacher present in the class in order to create an effective learning environment. The subjects taught include phonics, reading, song & dance, arts & crafts, cooking, science, musical drama, math, and history.
Our Elementary students are taught using a Western style curriclum in order to prepare them for higher education in America and other countries abroad.
The subjects taught include Debate, writing, reading comprehension, presentation skills, listening and language arts.

Our teachers meet the following criteria:
- Native English speakers from seven countries (USA, UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa).
- Individuals not from the above seven countries but with exceptional English proficiency and a legal visa.
- Hold at least a four-year bachelor's degree.
- Possess a notarized degree certificate.
- Possess a notarized criminal background check.
- Have a healthy body and sound mind.
- And commit to a minimum of one year of employment

3. Recruitment Process and Application Method for Teachers
Teachers are crucial to showcasing our school's excellence. Currently, we primarily hire teachers from the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and South Africa.
All our teachers are either experienced professionals in their field or individuals with deep passion and vision, even if they lack experience.
