Welcome to RISE Siheung!
We believe learning should be fun, interactive, and inspiring, and our goal is to create a positive, engaging environment where everyone can thrive. Our campus follows the RISE curriculum while independently managing hiring, onboarding, training, and day-to-day operations. We believe in nurturing curiosity, creativity, and confidence while supporting intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development. Each lesson offers students the opportunity to laugh, learn, and grow.

In addition, we offer monthly events like field trips and themed events such as Chuseok (Korean Thanksgiving) and Spirit Week (for Halloween).
Our RISE K program integrates academic lessons and playful activities to support language development, critical thinking, and creative expression.

Key Considerations
- Our campus is located in a residential area surrounded by public schools and large parks (Baegot Hanul Park, Baegot Life Park).
- Teachers should feel confident in adapting their instruction style to meet the needs of early learners.
Hiring Period & Procedure
- We actively recruit energetic teachers ahead of our March and September semesters and also welcome ongoing applications to expand our team.
- We directly manage the hiring and onboarding process. After reviewing applicants, we conduct online interviews to assess teaching strategies and determine the fit for our school. Following the interview, successful candidates are extended a job offer.
