PEG 1

Target: TOEFL Primary Step 2

Students build a strong English foundation through structured learning and guided practice. They develop basic discussion and speaking skills, improve reading comprehension and vocabulary through U.S. Grade 2–level texts, and learn how to organize paragraphs using main ideas, supporting details, and conclusions. Grammar is introduced accurately and applied naturally in speaking and writing, while vocabulary growth is reinforced through sentence building and short writing activities.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 



 

PEG 2

Target: TOEFL Junior 700+

Students begin expressing opinions confidently and logically across a variety of topics. Reading skills expand through exposure to diverse text types and themes, while writing progresses into structured essay writing with a focus on reducing grammatical errors. Grammar concepts are strengthened through sentence patterns and practical application in communication, and students develop a broader range of expression through advanced vocabulary study.

 

 

 

PEG 3

Target: TOEFL Junior 700+ → 785+

Students participate in free discussion and develop advanced communication skills through critical thinking and logical expression. Reading instruction emphasizes intensive reading, analysis, and note-taking strategies, while writing focuses on producing well-structured, logical essays. Advanced grammar is introduced to prepare students for higher-level academic study and examinations, alongside accurate use of sophisticated vocabulary in writing and discussion.

 

 

 

PEG 4

Target: TOEFL Junior 785+ → 850+

Students achieve advanced fluency by organizing and expressing ideas with confidence, logic, and critical thinking. Through intensive reading and analytical practice, they master higher-level comprehension skills. Writing instruction allows students to produce complete and sophisticated essays on a variety of topics, while advanced grammar is reviewed thoroughly to prepare for middle school–level academic expectations and exams. 1. Role and Responsibilities You will be a homeroom teacher for our Kindergarten students and teach a few elementary classes in the afternoon. Follow the premade curriculum, but also use your creativity and imagination to make the classes more fun and enjoyable for the students. You will be responsible for the following: • Teach phonics, pronunciation, and basic reading and writing skills • Cultivate a culture where students discuss what is on their mind freely in English • Add your own activities to help students learn better • Meet learning goals and track student improvement • Attend meetings, workshops, and special events required by the institute • Actively engage students in the learning process. • Recognize the needs of individual students and the entire group. 2. Candidate Qualifications All candidates must; • Native English Speaker • Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution • Holds or is eligible for the E-2 visa with USA, CAN, UK, AUS, NZ, IRE, or SA citizenship • F-visa holders • Apostilled Diploma and Criminal Background Check • Must be physically and mentally healthy. 3. Working Conditions • Student Type: Kindergarten and Elementary(Ages 5 ~ 7, & Grades 1 ~ 2) • Curriculum: Curriculum provided. • Working Hours: Mon., Wed., & Fri., 9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M., Tues., & Thur., 9:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.
