Afternoon Teacher Wanted at Plus 9 English in Gangnam-gu, Seoul / October 2023

1. Role and Responsibilities We are seeking an enthusiastic English teacher to join our team. The English teacher will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging lessons, motivating students to reach their full potential, and assessing student progress. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, a strong grasp of the English language, and a passion for teaching. This job position requires a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for the following: • Lead, motivate, and manage students to ensure they are performing to the highest standards • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Develop lesson plans and deliver engaging lessons to students • Assess student progress by providing ongoing feedback and evaluating academic performance • Collaborate with other teachers to develop effective teaching practices • Attend meetings, workshops, and special events required by the institute 2. Candidate Qualifications All candidates must; • Native English Speaker • Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution • F-visa holders • Apostilled Diploma and Criminal Background Check 3. Working Conditions • Student Type: Kindergarten and Elementary • Lesson Materials: Provided • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 12:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. • Teaching Hours: 3:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M., 30 classes per week • Class Size: 1 - 6 students per class • Break Time Between Classes: 10 minutes • Teacher Training: Provided • Teaching Staff: 1 Native English Teacher & 1 Korean Teacher
