Housing

We offer conveniently located studio housing within walking distance of our campus, ensuring ease of access for our ESL teachers.

Our priority is to provide comfortable and secure accommodations that meet the needs of our teachers.

The housing is situated in a safe and welcoming neighborhood, fostering a strong sense of community and neighborly support.

Each studio apartment is fully furnished with essential amenities including a refrigerator, air conditioning unit, heater, stove top, washing machine, and a comfortable bed.

Location Description

Yangju-si is a city situated in the northeastern region of Gyeonggi Province, South Korea.

It is known for its close proximity to North Korea, which is why it houses many military bases.

Although the city used to be larger, it has become relatively small and rural as because cities such as Uijeongbu and Namyangju were separated from Yangju.

Nevertheless, Yangju is expected to be developed further as Line 7 of the Seoul Metropolitan Subway is scheduled to be extended to Yangju and a "Techno Valley" is also being planned.

As a foreign teacher, Yangju can be a peaceful and quiet place to live, surrounded by nature, with easy access to Seoul.
