Iya Skola Dongnae is a Creative Convergence Preschool (CCP) that redefines early childhood education by fostering individuality, creativity, and exploration. Iya Skola operates the 'Iya Skola Education Research Institute', which consists of advisory and research members with many years of experience in the educational field. 

 

The Iya Skola Education Research Institute supports the education of children as creative future talents through its self-developed "Rhyzome Approach"

 

The 'Rhyzome Approach' is a teaching method that allows children to learn keywords of various topics widely through subject integration and networking, and through this process, develop the 4 C's, which are virtues that future talents should have:

We organize all subjects into six future talent compentencies of Design, Story, Harmony, Empathy, Play, and Meaning, while implementing the 'RhyzomnE Approach' education.

 

 

Iya Skola applies Canada's premium naturalism program, GREEN Schools (GREEN Schools Program - Environment, Energy, Education), to provide eco-friendly naturalism education in beautiful nature and classrooms.

 

Children will grow vegetable themselves, write observation journals, cook and eat food, and experience various global cultures. In addition, they enhance creativty through integrated education that links Math, Science, and English.

Qualifications for Teacher Recruitment

Ideal candidates should emphasize understanding, creativity, and critical thinking, encouraging active student engagement to ensure that students can confidently use English in their daily lives. Teachers must also meet visa and work permit requirements as stipulated by South Korean law, hold at least a bachelor's degree, have an authenticated degree certificate and criminal record check, and be in good health.
