1. Job Description You will be responsible for the following: • Follow curriculum and lesson plans provided by the school to teach listening, speaking, basic reading and writing skills • Meet learning goals and track student improvement • Attend meetings, workshops, and special events required by the school • Actively engage students in the learning process. • Recognize the needs of individual students and the entire group. 2. Candidate Qualifications All candidates must; • Have English teaching experience in Korea • Native English Speaker • Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution • Holds or is eligible for the E-2 visa with USA, CAN, UK, AUS, NZ, IRE, or SA citizenship • F-visa holders • Apostilled Diploma and Criminal Background Check • Must be physically and mentally healthy. 3. Working Conditions • Student Type: Elementary (Grades 2-5) • Working Hours: Option 1: Monday - Friday 2:00 - 9:45 P.M. Option 2: Monday - Friday 2:00 - 9:45 P.M. + Saturday 11:00 A.M. - 5:45 P.M. • Curriculum & Lesson Plan: Provided • Training: Provided (In Dec 2024) • Teaching Staff: 1 Native English Teachers / 6 Korean-background Native English Teachers
