About Us

Korea Froebel was founded in 1977 as Korea’s first publishing company specialized in educational materials for young children.  In 2002, Korea Froebel established a sisterhood relationship with Froebel Education Center in Canada and opened Froebel English Eunmul School. Currently we run 5 classes, and about 22 staffs who work together closely to develop our children as bilingual and creative beings.  We are the first school in Korea to implement the Forebel theory of education which focuses on using toys and play in order to foster learning within students. 

 

Director’s Message

Modern early childhood education being conducted in the current age should make it their focus to help children develop creativity and communication skills.  We also strive to teach our students proper manners, courage, and kindness which are all things that are deficient in our current age.  We have created a special environment here at our school where children can learn and thrive.

Our Programs

1. Our kindergarten program offers a Western style education that takes inspirations from curriculum developed in the USA, Canada, and Germany.  Subjects for young students include: phonics, reading, writing, listening, speaking, arts & crafts, science, and play learning. 

 

Location

We’re located in the Gangnam district, one of the most popular places in Seoul.  In Gangnam you can enjoy a variety of shopping areas and eateries.  The campus is located near Apgujeong station, which is considered to be Seoul’s Rodeo Drive, where you can enjoy a larger variety of international vendors and restaurants.
