[Position Summary] Fayston Preparatory in Sejong City, a separate campus from our Suji location, is seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to serve as the Academic Director for our elementary school. Note: We are hiring AD as we are opening a new campus in Sejong City. [Key Responsibilities] - Develop, implement, and manage the academic curriculum in alignment with Fayston’s educational philosophy. - Provide leadership and support to teachers, including overseeing teacher performance, development, and evaluations. - Manage academic operations, including course scheduling, classroom assignments, and evaluations. - Coordinate and execute academic events such as graduation ceremonies, school trips, and other school-wide programs. - Oversee academic advising processes, ensuring students receive proper guidance on course selections, graduation requirements, and post-graduation planning. - Support academic processes such as transfer credit evaluations, placement exams, and other academic verifications. - Ensure compliance with school policies and education standards. - Work collaboratively with other school administrators to ensure effective operations and student support. - Perform additional duties as required by the school’s leadership.
