Founded in 2013, EDISEN has grown into one of the leading English academies in the Daechi and Bundang areas, with over 25 teachers and approximately 1,000 students across two campuses: Daechi Campus — near Hanti Station Bundang Campus — near Sunae Station Our students are generally highly proficient English learners who are capable of participating in advanced, discussion-centered classes. Rather than focusing on traditional ESL instruction, EDISEN classes emphasize reading, writing, discussion, critical thinking, and academic expression. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for teachers who: Are professional, dependable, and responsible Can confidently lead a structured classroom Enjoy teaching academically motivated elementary students Can encourage students to think, discuss, and express their ideas Communicate well with students, coworkers, and parents Value consistency, teamwork, and professional growth Are interested in becoming a meaningful part of the EDISEN community Basic Requirements Applicants should have: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university Native-level English proficiency Eligibility to work legally in Korea All required visa documentation An apostilled criminal background check where required for visa issuance Preferred Qualifications Preference will be given to teachers who: Have at least 2 years of classroom teaching experience Have experience teaching elementary-aged students Have experience with reading, writing, discussion, or literature-based classes Are comfortable serving as a homeroom teacher Can communicate professionally with parents when needed Are interested in long-term growth and advancement within the academy Demonstrate strong responsibility, consistency, classroom management, and professionalism Why EDISEN?
