Job Description
1. Roles and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following:
• Teaching English classes to elementary and middle school students.
• Follow lesson plans and instructional materials to teach classes according to the provided curriculum.
• Provide individualized and small group instruction to meet the needs of each student.
• Manage student learning progress and consult students.
• Plan and use appropriate instructional and learning strategies, activities, materials, and equipment that reflect an understanding of the learning styles and needs of students.
• Utilize technology to strengthen the teaching/learning process.
• Conduct parent consultations in Korean
2. Candidate Qualifications
All candidates must:
• Native English Speaker
• Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• F-visa holder or a Korean citizen
• Apostilled Diploma and Criminal Background Check
• Must be physically and mentally healthy
• Must speak business Korean to conduct parent consultations in Korean.

3. Working Conditions
• Student Type: Elementary & Middle
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 2:30 - 10:00 P.M. or 3:00 - 10:30 P.M., Saturday 11:30 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. (Once a month)
• Curriculum: Curriculum & Lesson Plan provided. Teachers need to update lesson plans.
• Teacher training provided.
• Teaching Type: Team teaching. 3 teachers take charge of one class. Each teacher teaches a different subject.
• Teaching Staff: 3 bilingual teachers (Total of 14 staff and teachers)
4. Hiring Process
• Resume Submission > 1st Interview (Mock lesson) > 2nd Interview (Overall Head Director) > Hiring Confirmation
• Teachers will be asked to do a mock lesson as a part of the 1st interview. Resources will be given to the teacher during the interview. No prior preparation is needed.
Salary
38,000,000 KRW and up per year (Negotiable)

• Insured with the 4 National Insurances.
• Severance Pay: Paid upon the completion of employment (minimum 1-year contract)
• Vacation: 5 days plus National Korean Holidays (Rest of the vacation days are paid off)
Housing
Housing Allowance Provided
Housing allowance will be negotiable and included in the salary.
