Roles and Responsibility

Lighthouse International School, an internationally accredited school, is looking for dedicated teachers who are passionate about teaching secondary students.

Subjects: Math (Including AP Calculus AB)

• Ensure that students meet all learning standards laid out by the school
• Provide feedback on student learning and facilitate student learning in areas students struggle in
• Follow the textbooks and syllabi provided by the school to create a diverse curriculum and lesson plans for students
• Add appropriate learning activities, visual aids, and auditory aids to lessons
• Grade assignments and prepare student progress reports in a timely manner
• Attend and participate in faculty and staff meetings, including services, events etc. 

Candidate Qualifications

• Native English Speaker
• Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution 
• Hold an F-visa with USA, CAN, UK, AUS, NZ, IRE, or SA citizenship or Korean citizenship
• Apostilled Diploma and Criminal Background Check
• Must be physically and mentally healthy
• Math, engineering, science major preferred

• Must be a practicing Christian. Teacher needs to attend school's chapel but does not need to teach any religious classes.

Working Conditions

• Teaching Age: Secondary (Middle & High)
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 A.M. - 5:20 P.M.
• Curriculum: Provided
