Berkan Academy is hiring Native English Teachers for the 2025 school year in Gangnam, Seoul. If you're looking for a well-paid, stable teaching position with great benefits, this is the opportunity for you.

Position Details

• Kinder Homeroom Teachers (9:00 am -5:30 pm) - E2 visa
• Prefered Specialty Teachers (Swimming, Music, Art, P.E.) – F visa holders only

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: 2.8M - 3.2M KRW per month (depending on major and experience)
• Housing Allowance: 600,000 KRW/month
• Korean National Health Insurance & Pension
• Severance pay
• Paid vacation (1 week in summer, 1 week in winter + optional unpaid leave)
• Free lunch provided
• Early leave at 4:30 PM on non-teaching days

Requirements

• Must currently reside in Korea
• Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
• Willingness to commit for at least one year
• Experience with ESL students preferred (TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and passion for teaching
