An experienced English-teaching professional with an F2/4/5/6 visa to join the Organizational Development Team as a fulltime Corporate Trainer at Gran Seoul HQ in Seoul and the training center in Cheoin-gu, Yongin
Roles & Responsibilities
- work fulltime (8 hours a day, 5 days a week)
- develop courses to suit the needs of the company
- teach an average of 20 hours per week to a range of proficiency levels and class sizes
- conduct inhouse English proficiency assessments & give evaluative feedback
- perform other teachingrelated administrative duties
Required Skills, Education and Experience
- native English speaker from either the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Ireland, or South Africa with F2/F4/F5/F6 Visa (we do not sponsor visas)
- excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
- a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years teaching experience in South Korea
- currently residing in South Korea
Preferred Qualifications
- CELTA, MA in TESOL/linguistics/education/or another relevant field
- experience with ACTFL OPI/OPIc or other language proficiency tests
- experience planning and teaching intensive English courses based on researched teaching methodology
- experience teaching English for a large corporation
Work Location
- Seoul (1 position) : Gran Seoul, 33 Jong-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul, 03159, South Korea
- Yongin (1 position) : 29 Deokseongsandan 2-ro 6beon-gil, Idong-eup, Cheoin-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do
Duration of Contract
- 1 year, renewable every year
Salary
Depending on the experience (Starting from KRW 3.8 Mil a month, Gross)
