1. Role and Requirements

• You will work as a foreign native English teacher at a Korean kindergarten or daycare center, tasked with instructing English conversation and phonics lessons. You will receive a designated conversation teacher's book and an annual lesson plan and monthly lesson plan template. According to the annual lesson plan and template, you will be required to develop your own monthly lesson plans.

2. Requirements and responsibilities for the position include:

• Delivering engaging English lessons aimed at fostering enjoyment and enthusiasm for learning.
• Incorporating singing, dancing, and roleplaying activities into the teaching process.
• Adhering to prescribed textbooks and lesson plans provided.
• Supplementing lesson plans with additional activities relevant to the curriculum.
• Participating in monthly meetings with fellow foreign teachers.
• Actively fostering student engagement and participation in the educational process.

3. Candidate qualifications

All candidates must be:

• Native English Speaker
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
• Only Fvisa holders with USA, CAN, UK, AUS citizenship.
• Apostilled Diploma and Criminal Background Check
• Must be physically and mentally healthy.
• TESOL certificates is plus

4. Working conditions

• Student type: Kindergarten or daycare
• Curriculum: Teacher’s book and annual lesson plans provided.
• Teaching hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday between 3:00pm ~ 5:00pm 
• Teacher Training: Provided
• Teaching staff: 6 native English teachers, 70 Korean teachers
