Our work environment is designed for Blended Learning, using AI-powered tools and digital content to connect classroom instruction with online learning. We expect teachers to be adaptable and proactive in using digital tools to enhance student learning and engagement in the classroom.
New teachers must complete a 5-day intensive training program to become certified CREVERSE instructors. This training covers our unique methodologies and AI-smart learning platform. Our CREVERSE-certified trainers lead the program, ensuring all instructors are fully equipped to deliver the best learning experience.

- Application & Resume Screening: Initial review of resumes to assess qualifications and experience.
- Interviews & Evaluation: Candidates participate in interviews to discuss their teaching philosophy, experience, and skills. The evaluation may include situational questions, classroom management scenarios, and a teaching demonstration to assess instructional abilities.
