ESL Teacher

BC Collegiate Seocho Campus is seeking a highly qualified, organized, and professional ESL Teacher to provide English language instruction and support to elementary & middle school students. 1. Responsibilities - Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate ESL lessons that support students’ English language development and academic success. - Develop students’ listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills through interactive and student-centered activities. - Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages students to use English confidently and actively. - Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support individual language development and learning growth. - Differentiate instruction and provide appropriate support based on students’ individual English proficiency levels and learning needs. - Collaborate with homeroom teachers and other staff to support students’ academic and language development. - Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ progress, classroom activities, and areas for improvement. - Participate actively in school events, professional development sessions, staff meetings, and other school-related activities. 2. Candidate Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, English, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field. - Previous experience teaching ESL/EFL or English language classes to elementary or middle school students is highly preferred. - Apostilled Diploma and Criminal Background Check. 3. Working Conditions - Teaching Age Group: Elementary and Middle School - Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. - Teaching Hours: Up to 25 teaching hours per week - Lunch: Provided by the school
