Job Description
1. Roles and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following:
• Follow lesson plans and instructional materials to teach classes.
• Essay correction (including iBT TOEFL essays, debate essays, presentation scripts).
• Provide individualized and small group instruction to meet the needs of each student.
• Manage an organized and professional classroom that is conducive to learning and the development of the whole child.
• Actively engage students in the learning process.
• Plan and use appropriate instructional and learning strategies, activities, materials, and equipment that reflect an understanding of the learning styles and needs of students.
• Offer support and flexibility as needed.
• Utilize technology to strengthen the teaching/learning process.
• Participate in professional development activities that are aligned with the assigned curriculum and the varied needs of students.
2. Candidate Qualifications
All candidates must:
• Native English Speaker
• Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Holds or is eligible for the E-2 visa with USA, CAN, UK, AUS, NZ, IRE, or SA citizenship
• F-visa holders
• Apostilled Diploma and Criminal Background Check
• Must be physically and mentally healthy
3. Working Conditions
• Student Type: Elementary
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 1:00 - 7:00 P.M.
• Teaching Hours: Monday - Thursday, 2:40 - 7:00 P.M.
Friday, 4:30 - 7:00 P.M.
Teaching hours will change after Febuary 2026.
• Curriculum: Curriculum provided
• Teacher Training: Teacher training provided
• Teaching Staff: 12-13 Native Teachers
4. Hiring Process
• Teachers will be expected to come to the school in person for the interview.
• As part of the interview process, candidates will be asked to deliver a mock lesson and complete a writing correction assignment. All necessary materials will be provided in advance. Time will be allotted for preparation, and the mock lesson will be conducted during the interview.
Salary
3.3 million KRW and up (Negotiable, including housing allowance)

• Insured with the 4 National Insurances.
• Severance Pay: Paid upon the completion of employment (minimum 1-year contract)
• Vacation: 11 days plus National Korean Holidays
Housing
Not Provided
• Housing allowance is included in the salary.
• School can provide housing key deposit if needed (The lease will be signed by the school)
• School can also help with teachers find housing.
