Job Description

 

1. Roles and Responsibilities

 

You will be responsible for the following: 


•Teach basic to advanced English reading, writing, speaking, and listening
•Guide students through crafts, activities, visualization, and total physical response activities
•Teach elementary subjects through textbooks such as Super Minds, Oxford Readers, and Subject Link
•Teach middle school students through textbooks including English Link, English for Science and Social Studies, and basic grammar
•Teach students critical thinking and logic skills
•Provide progress reports for parents
 
2. Candidate Qualifications

 

All candidates must:
• Native English Speaker
• Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution 
• Holds or is eligible for the E-2 visa with USA, CAN, UK, AUS, NZ, IRE, or SA citizenship
• F-visa holders
• Apostilled Diploma and Criminal Background Check
• Must be physically and mentally healthy
 
3. Working Conditions
 

• Student Type: Kindergarten, Elementary, and Middle School
• Curriculum: Curriculum and lesson plans provided
• Working Hours: 

  • Monday, Wednesday Friday, 10:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.
  • Tuesday, Thursday 1:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M.

• Teaching Hours: 30 classes per week
• Class Time: 45 minutes per class
• Class Size: 10 students per class
• Lunch Hour: 12:00 P.M.-12:50 P.M.
• Teacher Training: Provided

• Teaching Staff: 3 Native English Teachers

Salary

2.3 Million KRW per month (Negotiable)

• Vacation: 11 days plus National Korean Holidays
