Bono English is an Education & Culture Multiplex exclusively for children, offering optimal and exceptional early childhood education. Built on a foundation of extensive experience and expertise, Bono provides a systematic program tailored to the developmental stages of infants and young children.

 

Our curriculum is centered on a child-focused holistic education through the Montessori Program, which emphasizes balanced child development, along with a variety of special talent and aptitude programs.

Just like the saying "Old habits die hard," a child's first English education is crucial. In the global era, it's important to instill good English habits from the start, as English proficiency will follow children throughout their lives.

 

At BONO, we strive to maintain and continuously improve the English skills established in early childhood through a curriculum based on American textbooks. We organize classes by grade and level to provide effective instruction tailored to each student's needs.

 Sentence writing practice through sentence pattern exercises based on key vocabulary

  • Hold at least a four-year bachelor's degree.
  • Possess a notarized degree certificate.
  • Possess a notarized criminal background check.
  • Have a healthy body and sound mind.
  • And commit to a minimum of one year of employment

Bono in Suseong-gu, Daegu / March 2024

1. Role and Responsibilities You will be a homeroom teacher for our Kindergarten students and teach a few elementary classes in the afternoon. Follow the premade curriculum, but also use your creativity and imagination to make the classes more fun and enjoyable for the students. You will be responsible for the following: • Teach phonics, pronunciation, and basic reading and writing skills • Sing, dance, roleplay, and create art with students • Follow a textbook and syllabus for easy lesson prep • Add your own activities to help students learn better • Meet learning goals and track student improvement • Attend meetings, workshops, and special events required by the institute • Actively engage students in the learning process. • Recognize the needs of individual students and the entire group. 2. Candidate Qualifications All candidates must; • Native English Speaker • Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution • Holds or is eligible for the E-2 visa with USA, CAN, UK, AUS, NZ, IRE, or SA citizenship • F-visa holders • Apostilled Diploma and Criminal Background Check • Must be physically and mentally healthy. 3. Daegu is the 3rd largest city with a 2.5 million population and is located in south-eastern Korea about 80 km (50 mi) from the coast. The city also offers you a variety of cultural programs all year round: from Daegu Yangnyeongsi Herbal Medicine Festival in April, Colorful Daegu Festival with a parade in May, Lantern Festival in May, Daegu International Musical Festival in June, Daegu Chicken & Beer Festival in July, Daegu International Body Painting Festival in August to Daegu International Opera Festival in October.  

 

If you like to enjoy summer nights with a cold beer and delicious fried chicken, go to Suseongmot Lake where a musical fountain and paddle boats await you. If you want to explore Daegu’s urban night, go to Dongseongno where you can enjoy numerous eye-catching shops and restaurants. Dongseong is the busiest shopping street in Daegu, full of the lively spirit of youth throughout the year. On the streets, there are luxurious department stores, shopping malls, and many brand-name shops for garments and sporting goods. A variety of cultural spaces, bookstores, movie theaters, and performance halls are lined up along the street.

 

Suseong-gu is a district in southeastern Daegu. It is one of the most prosperous and high-density areas of Daegu, and is the site of the city's most extensive hagwon district. The population of this district consists of high valued careers in Korea. Because of this, it is known for expensive housing and schools compared to other districts in Daegu.

 

Our campus is located near Suseongmot Station in Suseong District, Daegu Metropolitan City. Right next to the campus is the Artpia Golf Club, and there is a very large lake called Suseongmot. Around the lake, there are many coffee shops, including Starbucks, as well as a variety of restaurants where you can enjoy different kinds of food. It's an area with excellent geographical conditions for taking walks and enjoying cultural and leisure activities.
