ESL Teacher Wanted at ILS Junior Yongin Jukjeon Gyeonggi-do / April 2023

1. Role and Responsibilities We believe our teachers should teach through natural development and artificial learning activities. Bilingual education is the philosophy we built our curriculum around. Our schools hire native English teachers and pair them with Korean nationals who have the same educational background in English. The teachers focus on helping the students constantly progress and become more comfortable with the English language. You will be responsible for the following: • Teach basic to advanced English reading, writing, speaking, and listening • Teach using our specific American curriculum books • Follow a set curriculum to teach children • Grade homework and give feedback • Provide progress reports for parents 2. Candidate Qualifications All candidates must; • Native English Speaker • Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution • Holds or is eligible for the E-2 visa with USA, CAN, UK, AUS, NZ, IRE, or SA citizenship • F-visa holders • Apostilled Diploma and Criminal Background Check • Must be physically and mentally healthy. 3. Working Conditions • Student Type: Kindergarten and Elementary • Curriculum: Curriculum and lesson plans provided. • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. • Lunch: Meals will be provided by the school. Teachers don't have to eat with students. • Teacher Training: Provided • Teaching Staff: 4 Native English Teachers
