1. Roles and Responsibilities Nadia English is an English academy where teachers can incorporate creative teaching skill to teach English in class. Nadia English is looking for professional and positive teachers who wish to develop teaching career in English education field. We are one of the most well-know English schools in the cities and expanding every year. We are looking for teachers who are positive and fun to be with to have a blast with us! You will be responsible for the following: • Follow lesson plans and instructional materials to teach classes. • Provide individualized and small group instruction to meet the needs of each student. • Manage an organized and professional classroom that is conducive to learning and the development of the whole child. • Actively engage students in the learning process. • Plan and use appropriate instructional and learning strategies, activities, materials, and equipment that reflect understanding of the learning styles and needs of students. • Recognize the needs of individual students and the entire group. • Offer support and flexibility as needed. • Utilize technology to strengthen the teaching/learning process. • Participate in professional development activities that are aligned with the assigned curriculum and the varied needs of students. 2. Candidate Qualifications All candidates must: • Have at least 1-year teaching experience for elementary school students in Korea. • Passport holders from English Speaking countries (US, Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand, Ireland, and South Africa). • Bachelor's degree holder from English Speaking Countries (US, Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand, Ireland, and South Africa). • Must have a copy of the academic Diploma, notarized with an Apostille(Bring an original to show it to the school). • Criminal Background Check which is notarized with an Apostille. 3. Working Conditions • Student Type: Mostly Elementary (90%) • Student Levels: Beginner to Advanced (Returnees) • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 1:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. • Class Time: 40 - 50 minutes per class • Class Size: 10 Students per class • Teacher Training: Provided
