Our campus is proud to be part of the YBM ECC legacy, which introduced English immersion education to young learners in Korea. Built on YBM’s long-standing commitment to education, our campus continues to set a high standard for English learning.
 

Students at our campus follow the trusted YBM ECC curriculum, designed to help children acquire English as naturally as their first language. Our programs combine academic and hands-on learning to ensure students stay engaged and motivated. Our integrated approach helps students build strong skills across all four language areas—listening, speaking, reading, and writing—while our blended learning platform, i-Learning, reinforces their progress online through structured review, voice recognition, and performance tracking.

Work Environment & Teacher Expectations

 

We create a dynamic work environment that blends traditional teaching methods with AI-driven tools, such as our in-house AI Level Test. This combination offers an engaging and personalized online learning experience for students while also empowering teachers to innovate and grow. Our long-term goal is to integrate technology into traditional school systems, facilitating global learning exchanges. This will allow students from different countries to collaborate and learn in new ways.

 

We invite passionate teachers to join our team, which is dedicated to innovative and transformative learning. While many of our teachers have backgrounds in English and early childhood education, we appreciate diverse experiences and a shared commitment to inspiring young learners. New teachers will complete YBM's Teacher Training Program (TTP), observe classes, and receive curriculum training.

Hiring Period & Procedure

 

We’re always looking for passionate teachers, with positions available year-round. Before applying, please review the visa application process and estimated processing times in Korea. 

• Application Review: Priority is given to candidates with backgrounds in English education and teaching experience.

• English Interview & Demo Lesson: Applicants complete an English proficiency interview and a teaching demonstration.

• Health & Background Check: A health exam and criminal background check are required.
