Our Curriculum and Programs
At Francis Parker, we follow the American CCSS and offer a comprehensive curriculum for kindergarten and elementary students, using self-published textbooks developed by our dedicated faculty. Teachers conduct quarterly testing and provide monthly progress reports to keep parents informed of their child's development.
Our Kindergarten Program includes a diverse range of English-based classes and immersion classes in blocks, art, cooking, clay, PE, science, and math. Additionally, we offer extracurricular activities, such as Ballet, Dance, Violin, Taekwondo, and Musical Theater.

Our elementary program offers two tracks to accommodate different levels of English proficiency.
Junior Course: For first-time English learners, this track focuses on mastering phonics, building foundational vocabulary, and strengthening comprehension and expression through reading.
Elite Course Course: for FP kindergarten graduates and students with prior English exposure, fosters debate skills, analytical reading, and persuasive writing.

3. Basic Requirements
- Dedicated teachers who promote inclusion, foster curiosity, and model positive behavior.
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
- Must be eligible for an E-2 visa (citizenship from the USA, UK, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, or South Africa) or hold an F-visa (resident)
- Apostilled diploma and criminal background check
- Clean health assessment
- Teaching experience in Korea preferred
- Teaching license/certification preferred
4. Hiring Period & Procedure
- We are continuously seeking compassionate educators, with positions available year-round across our campuses.

Application Review: We carefully evaluate applications to ensure candidates meet our core qualifications, with preference given to those with teaching experience in Korea.

Interview Process: Interviews may be conducted online or in-person, depending on the campus. While most interviews are held online, some campuses may require a follow-up in-person interview. During the interview, candidates will be assessed on their teaching methodology, approach to student engagement, as well as their character, interpersonal skills, and alignment with the school’s values and culture.

Final Confirmation and Onboarding: Upon final confirmation, candidates will move forward with onboarding, including filling out necessary paperwork, and training on school guidelines and curriculum.
5. Teacher Training & Workshops
- Teachers undergo comprehensive training on the Francis Parker curriculum, teaching materials, and instructional methods. Teachers also participate in demo classes to showcase their teaching skills and receive constructive feedback.
- A structured evaluation system is in place to assess teaching performance, focusing on areas such as effectiveness, student engagement, and classroom management to support ongoing professional growth.
