ESL Teachers for Adults needed at the British Center / Starting Dec. 2024

1. Roles and Responsibilities The British Center is seeking qualified and professional candidates to serve as English teacher to university students and adults. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, patient, and have experience working with adults and older students. A good teacher for this position would be flexible, organized, and has a positive attitude. You will be responsible for the following: • Teach conversational classes of all English levels to university students and adults • Teach IETLS preparation classes 2. Candidate Qualifications: • Native English Speaker • Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution • Holds or is eligible for the E-2 visa with USA, CAN, UK, AUS, NZ, IRE, or SA citizenship • F-visa holders • Apostilled Diploma and Criminal Background Check 3. Working Conditions • Working Hours: Weekdays. Rotation of 1-2 weeks of morning shift and 3-4 weeks of afternoon shifts. Morning Shift: 10:00 A.M. - 5:40 P.M. Afternoon Shift: 2:20 - 9:10 P.M. • Teaching Hours: 6 hours a day • Student Type: Adults (including university students) • Teaching Staff: 3 Native English Teachers, 2 Administrative Staff
