 About Us

 

The term VondemKind means "from a child" in German. The term is also the motto of the educational reform movement that spread throughout Europe, centered on Germany in the 19th century. It means that the beginning of education should start with the child himself/herself, who is the object of education. VondemKind is a Montesori specialized educational institution that practices montesori education that "looks for ways of education in children".

 

Starting with the "Montessori Daycare Center for Young Children" in 2010, the Montessori class with parents was introduced for the first time in Korea by establishing the "Montessori Class" in 2014.

 

The Montessori class with parents is a new type of Montessori education that has already been tried and distributed in advanced countries because parents understand and lead their children as they are.

 

VondemKind researchers, who have spent a long time studying Montessori education, have now dreamed that it would be nice if Korea had a full-fledged advanced Montessori education institution. As in neighboring Japan, the United States, and Europe, we have always thought about the implementation of freer and more creative Montessori education that can stimulate human autonomy and creativity, and we opened the "VondemKind Montessori School" where we can breathe with nature. VondemKind practices Montessori education, which is not a natural experience activity that you experience and skim once on an outing, but breathing with nature that changes every hour and season every day in the same natural space. VondemKind wants to contribute to our children's healthy future with advanced Montessori education, which allows children's experiences to be conceptualized again in the Montessori parish and to determine infinite thinking and fill their logical systems.

Location Description

 

Yongin is a city almost as large as Seoul by area, consisting of the highly urbanized districts of Suji-gu and Giheung-gu and the semi-urbanized district of Cheoin-gu. Yongin's urbanized districts are located close to the capital. Many people commute to and from downtown Seoul in approximately 30–40 minutes by car using the Gyeongbu Expressway or Yongin-Seoul Expressway, the Bundang Line subway, the Shinbundang Line subway, or metropolitan buses. The Shinbundang Line with a maximum speed of 110 km/h (68 mph) extended to Suji-gu in January 2016, which allows Suji residents to travel to Gangnam Station in 25 minutes.

1. Role and Responsibilities You will be a ESL teacher for Kindergarten & Elementary students. Follow the premade curriculum, but also use your creativity and imagination to make the classes more fun and enjoyable for the students. You will be responsible for the following: • Teach phonics and grammar classes • Sing, dance, roleplay, and create art with students • Follow a textbook and syllabus for easy lesson prep • Add your own activities to help students learn better • Meet learning goals and track student improvement • Attend meetings, workshops, and special events required by the institute • Actively engage students in the learning process. • Recognize the needs of individual students and the entire group. 2.
