Established in 1992, YBM ECC (English Centers for Children) emerged as the pioneering chain of private English schools exclusively designed for children in South Korea. Devoted to fostering global leadership, the institution is dedicated to delivering the most impactful English education.

Ivy Kids	This program is developed by the YBM Education Research Institute. Grounded in the principles of English Immersion Education, our program is designed to foster bilingual development and expand creative thinking skills in young children. By offering a natural and engaging English learning experience, Ivy Kids goes beyond conventional education, providing creative and enjoyable classes for our students. Ivy Kids is targeted for Kindergarten students ages 5-7 years old.
Ivy Master GELE	This program is for Ivy Kids graduates, and it is meticulously crafted to build upon the in-depth language skills cultivated during their time in kindergarten. Students will improve their critical thinking skills using English as a means of knowledge. This is a course for students ages 8-11 years old.
Elementary	In this program, we go beyond the traditional approach by not only honing the four essential English skills with a primary focus on conversation but also fostering integrated language abilities. This unique program enables Korean students, regardless of their native language, to naturally progress through the stages of listening, speaking, reading, and writing—paralleling the organic learning process of their native language, Korean. Target student ages are 7-11 year olds.

We recruit teachers continuously due to the expansion of our academies and vacancies, so you can apply at any time. However, we typically fill most positions around the start of the March and September semester.
