Our Curriculum and Programs
The CANB curriculum spans elementary to middle school, focusing on four key competencies—Language, Critical Thinking, Digital Literacy, and Communication & Collaboration—through engaging activities and assessments. Our 'Digi-log' classroom integrates online and offline learning, fostering creativity and critical thinking. Students are encouraged to ask questions, analyze, and develop solutions.
CANB Elementary Program (G1-6): Encourage students to go beyond absorbing information and to actively question and communicate to develop literacy and speaking skills.
CANB Middle School Program (G7-9): Supports students in using practical English, excelling in academics, and building self-directed learning skills.

- Be eligible for an E-2 visa (citizen of the U.S.A, Canada, U.K, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, or South Africa)
- Apostilled diploma and criminal background check
- Clean health assessment
4. Hiring Period & Procedure
- We are always seeking passionate and dedicated teachers with positions available year-round. Applications undergo a screening process to verify qualifications, experience, and character. Before applying, please review the visa application process and estimated processing times in Korea.
- Preliminary Interview: assessment based on character, professionalism, and suitability for the role.
- In-Depth Interview: evaluation of teaching ability, classroom management skills, and match with our values. Successful candidates will also be required to complete an employment health check as part of the final hiring process.
5. Teacher Training & Workshops
- Teachers undergo comprehensive training on professional conduct, Korean culture, and the general CANB curriculum. Additionally, CANB’s English Research team provides specialized training on the curriculum and teaching methods.
- Teachers also receive training to use CANB’s POND platform to ensure that our digital tools are used effectively in the classroom.
- Teachers attend an annual conference to share strategies and gain insights through lectures.
