CANB Jukjeon

You can be, CANB!

CANB is one of the brands of POLY, dedicated to nurturing global leaders. It offers a new type of ESL program that allows our children to express their infinite potential without limits.

We provide a 'Dynamic Learning' system that connects online and offline learning, offering a digilog classroom and an interactive digital learning environment. This enables students to immerse themselves and grow through experiences with books, media, and digital content.

What we do

At CANB, we help students develop deep literacy, where they not only read texts but also understand and reinterpret them in their own words. We also foster confident production, encouraging logical and free English expression. Through reading, speaking, presenting, and debating, students enhance their abilities in empathy, communication, persuasion, understanding, decision-making, and problem-solving.

Just like CANB's slogan, "Think, Express, Create," we provide education and opportunities for students to successfully pursue their individual dreams and grow into true leaders in a larger world, with a strong foundation in "Reading."

  • Creator - Talent that develops their own thoughts and stories
  • Analyzer - Talent that analyzes logically
  • New Integrator - Talent that solves problems with a new perspective
  • Brilliant Achiever - Talent that experiences brilliant achievements

CANB Curriculum/Program

The CANB learning roadmap, designed to complete English education from elementary to middle school, focuses on developing four essential future competencies (Language, Thinking, Digital Literacy, Communication & Collaboration) from the basics to mastery. The program structure is as follows:

  • Confident Production: Exceptional English expression with logical and creative speaking skills
  • Learning Spiral: Spiral learning that enhances engagement and achievement

Employment

POLY has been innovating and revolutionizing education in Korea by adapting North American education to the Korean educational environment and systematizing creative and character education based on advanced reading guidance. Moreover, we strive to provide the best learning environment for children so that learning at POLY is a source of pride.

The students at POLY are unique, and these exceptional individuals require excellent educational professionals. POLY comprises an education specialist group consisting of the most perfect educators.

Real teachers who find joy in teaching, learning, and growing alongside children create the education at POLY.

1. Teacher Support

POLY's teachers are stepping into new environments and education systems in a new world. While this journey can be adventurous and bring trial and error, we invest in our Research & Development (R&D) and IT departments, accounting for about 65% of our entire headquarters staff, to develop structured curriculum frameworks and teaching methods, ensuring that no obstacles arise.

This allows POLY teachers to focus solely on delivering high-quality, consistent education methods, and above all, supports them in advancing their careers and achieving their goals.

2. Salary and Benefits

We prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of our teachers, striving to provide fair compensation and support for their roles.

As POLY customizes the North American curriculum to fit the Korean educational environment, most of our teachers are from the United States or Canada. Teachers from other countries also possess rich experience or a deep understanding of the North American curriculum, coupled with a strong passion and commitment.

Moreover, they must comply with visa and work permit conditions under South Korean law.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Authenticated degree certificate and criminal record check
